Job Summary
Lift Operator at Four Hands responsible for operating forklifts and lift equipment to safely move, stack, relocate, and consolidate inventory in a warehouse setting; responsibilities include using RF scanners, inspecting shipments, performing basic maintenance checks, resolving inventory discrepancies per SOPs and ICAR process, processing related paperwork, meeting productivity targets, and upholding company core values in a fast-paced environment. Must have 2+ years forklift experience, a high school diploma or GED, basic computer skills (WMS/Excel), the ability to lift up to 50 lbs and maneuver up to 225 lbs with assistance, wear steel-toed boots, and be willing to work overtime; role located in Buda, Texas with on-site work requirements.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience operating an order picker forklift required
- High school diploma or GED required
- Basic computer skills, including familiarity with WMS and Microsoft Excel
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs independently and maneuver items up to 225 lbs with assistance
- Required to wear steel-toed boots/shoes at all times during work hours
- Willing and able to work overtime as needed
