Job Summary
Operate lift equipment such as forklifts, aerial lifts, and construction hoists safely and efficiently to load, transport, and unload materials or personnel. Conduct pre-operation checks and routine inspections of equipment, reporting any mechanical issues or safety hazards to supervisors immediately. Follow all safety regulations, operational procedures, and company policies while keeping work areas clean and free of obstacles. Communicate clearly with team members to coordinate lifting operations and maintain accurate logs or records if required. Prior experience operating lift machinery and relevant certification are highly desirable.

- Ability to stand or operate machinery for extended periods
Desired Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience operating lift machinery (top pick, forklift, boom lift, etc.)
- Relevant certification or operator's license (e.g., OSHA forforklift certification)
- Strong awareness of safety procedures and attention to detail
- Good communication and teamwork skills
