Job Summary
Operate stock pickers and cherry pickers safely and efficiently, performing heavy lifting up to 500 lbs. with assistance. Move merchandise in and out of storage areas, pulling and preparing items for shipment while using handheld scanners to process goods. Adhere strictly to safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a secure working environment. Maintain equipment in clean, safe condition and participate in training sessions to gain necessary certifications. Work at heights up to 40 feet, standing and walking for long periods while bending, squatting, and reaching frequently in a non-climate-controlled warehouse.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to pass a Background and Drug Screen (Zero Tolerance)
- Must be DEPENDABLE!
- Ability to work at heights of up to 40 feet
- Physical capability to perform heavy lifting up to 500 lbs. with assistance
- Ability to stand and/or walk for long periods of time, bend, squat, reach and/or twist frequently
- Ability to work in a non-climate-controlled warehouse
- Strong attention to safety and detail
- Willingness to learn and take direction
- Excellent communication skills and customer service oriented
- Be able to work independently or as part of a team
Desired Qualifications
- 3+ years of warehouse and forklift experience is a plus!
