Job Summary
Maintain and repair all lift operations equipment, including chairlifts, surface tows, and conveyor lifts, using rigging, heavy equipment, and hand tools. Facilitate preventative maintenance schedules, keep the shop organized, and track work orders and parts inventory. Plan weekly work schedules and priorities with supervising technicians, communicating repair needs and strategizing on equipment maintenance. Adhere to all company policies and complete assigned tasks supporting Cascade Mountain's goals. Requires high school diploma, two years of college coursework or five years of related experience, strong organization skills, and a valid driver's license.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Completed 2 years of applicable college level courses or 5 years of related work experience
- Must work well with Team members
- Must have strong organization skills
- Hand and power tool experience
- Must have valid driver's license
Desired Qualifications
- Basic computer experience and skills (i.e. excel, word, Microsoft office, etc.)
- Heavy equipment operation
- General heavy equipment maintenance
