Job Summary
Assist guests with chair lift operations, including boarding and alighting, while maintaining a friendly and energetic demeanor. Perform daily maintenance tasks such as shoveling and raking snow and ice on ramps and corrals, and conduct pre-operation inspections of lifts, trash containers, and safety equipment. Remain vigilant to guest and equipment needs, communicate emergencies to superiors, and adhere to resort safety policies and service expectations. Participate in job sharing, safety meetings, and diverse assignments to support team goals and ensure a positive atmosphere for all interactions.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- one to three months related experience and/or training
- equivalent combination of education and experience
- Must be able to stand
- Must be able to talk or hear
- Must be able to use hands to finger, handle, or feel
- Must be able to reach with hands and arms
- Must be able to climb or balance
- Must be able to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds
- Must be able to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
