Job Summary
Safely assist guests with loading and unloading from chairlifts while checking and scanning tickets to ensure proper clearance. Maintain lift stations by keeping the area clean and organized, and communicate effectively with guests to provide safety assistance. Monitor chairlift operations continuously, reporting any mechanical or safety issues immediately. This role requires attention to detail, strong customer service skills, and the ability to stand for extended periods outdoors in varying weather conditions. You must be able to work weekends, holidays, and peak times with reliable transportation for navigating snowy winter conditions.
