Job Summary
Lifestyles Coordinator role supporting the Lifestyles Director by implementing quality activity programs for seniors, including weekends, evenings, and holidays. Responsibilities include assisting with monthly Lifestyle Services calendars, communicating calendars to residents and staff, welcoming new residents, guiding residents in social, intellectual, and wellness activities, coordinating volunteers, and ensuring activities meet Century Park standards and regulatory requirements. Requires a high school diploma or equivalent; CDL with clean driving record preferred; prior senior-care experience preferred. Must pass a background check and maintain an excellent customer-service mindset, professionalism, and strong written and verbal communication skills. Office is centered on enriching residents' lives through varied recreation, education, culture, exercise, and spiritual activities; emphasis on hospitality, trustworthiness, and responsible conduct.
Required Qualifications
- Must have high school diploma or equivalent
- Valid commercial drivers’ CDL license in current state with clean driving record preferred
- Prior experience with seniors preferred
