Job Summary
Lifestyles Coordinator supports the Lifestyles Director by implementing quality activity programs for residents across recreational, physical, intellectual, and social dimensions. Responsibilities include assisting with monthly Lifestyle Services calendar, helping residents and volunteers with activities, coordinating events such as outings and cultural experiences, promoting wellness and spiritual activities, encouraging engagement and learning, and communicating the monthly calendar to residents and staff. The role emphasizes excellent customer service, dependable performance with minimal supervision, strong written and verbal communication, and adherence to ethics and compliance training.
Required Qualifications
- Must have high school diploma or equivalent
- Valid commercial drivers’ CDL license in current state with clean driving record preferred
- Prior experience with seniors preferred
