Job Summary
Lifestyle Team Leader to deliver and lead lifestyle programs and social activities for residents at Victoria Grange Aged Care, manage a small team of Lifestyle Assistants and Volunteers, develop activities in consultation with residents and families, engage with community groups to build support networks, and promote the Better Together values. Requires a warm, enthusiastic, creative individual with strong leadership, experience in aged care, and the ability to assess individual lifestyle needs, plan personalized activities, and document outcomes. Availability for full-time Monday–Friday.
Required Qualifications
- Qualifications in Lifestyle and Leisure or Diversion Therapy
- Strong leadership skills
- Experience working with people living with Dementia or Alzheimer's highly regarded
- Computer and documentation skills
