Job Summary
Actively encourage residents to participate in meaningful activities and assist in their delivery while ensuring a high level of resident satisfaction. Communicate effectively with residents, families, and volunteers, and assist with care plans and programs. Continually explore new opportunities and programs to meet the holistic needs of our residents and ensure all reporting requirements are efficiently completed. Work Monday to Friday between 9:00am and 4:30pm. Join the team at Campbell Place, leading the industry in our award-winning 'Better Together' model to raise the quality of living in aged care.
Required Qualifications
- Currently have NDIS Screening Check or willing to obtain one
- Fully vaccinated for COVID-19 (minimum 1 dose)
- 2026 Influenza vaccination or willing to obtain one
- Monday to Friday only
Desired Qualifications
- Certification in Lifestyle and Leisure or Certificate in Individual Support/Disability (advantageous)
- Musical ability would be a significant advantage to help engage in group activities!
