Lifestyle Producer/Project Coordinator

Job Summary
Build daily rundowns, write scripts, and create Xpression graphics for the eightWest and Maranda Where You Live lifestyle programs. Coordinate clients and guests for booth and in-studio appearances, then generate new show content and web posts for social media. Manage video shoots with photographers, handle Account Executive requests, and fill in for the Executive Producer on producing and booking duties. Create proposals and recaps for partners, address production quality issues, and assist on special projects like the Auto Show and ArtPrize. Work with the production crew to maintain efficiency and meet quarterly reporting requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- at least two years related experience
- Understanding of brand building directives
- Ability to interact well with video journalists, anchors, videographers, managers, production, digital and engineering staff
- Detail oriented
- Ability to prioritize tasks
- Excellent verbal, written, grammar and analytical skills
- Ability to develop strong news judgment
- Possess journalistic integrity and understanding of viewer needs and expectations
- Ability to pivot as situations and needs change
- Knowledge of media production, communication and dissemination techniques and methods, including alternative ways to inform and entertain via written, oral, and visual media
- Ability to meet quality standards for service & evaluate customer and client satisfaction
Desired Qualifications
