Join a multi-disciplinary, faith-based team providing preventative and chronic care through Lifestyle Medicine with on-site exercise, nutrition coaching, and complementary therapies (e.g., Red Light Therapy). Employed via Adventist Health Medical Group with a compensation package that may include performance bonuses and additional clinical services; responsibilities include managing hypertension, diabetes, cardiovascular disease, chronic pain, and other conditions through lifestyle modification, diet, and mindfulness. Team includes physicians, NPs, a Registered Dietitian, and a Health Coach, focused on whole-person care and reducing long-term medication reliance.
Required Qualifications
- BC/BE in Internal Medicine or Lifestyle Medicine
- California medical license or eligibility
