Job Summary
Design and implement a comprehensive calendar of events and activities covering fitness, wellness, court sports, cultural events, and social gatherings. Build strong relationships with local businesses and vendors to bring unique experiences to the community. Collaborate with sales and the builder team to ensure seamless program delivery, while actively seeking member feedback to improve offerings. Plan, coordinate, and execute high-quality events and special occasions from start to finish. Maintain high customer service standards and provide concierge-style assistance to residents. Stay current with industry trends to keep program offerings robust and relevant.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least two years related experience
