Job Summary
Design and implement entertainment and activities that delight guests through social media channels, while managing marketing content and scheduling community facilities. Hire, train, and develop the Lifestyle team to provide memorable experiences, coordinating rentals with guests and completing contracts. Work directly with group leaders to coordinate special activities, address guest complaints, and maintain vendor relationships. Update the community calendar and assist in promoting scheduled events. Ensure all programs execute smoothly according to the distributed schedule while supporting company policies.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in hospitality management, business management, or directing an activities program
- Proficient working with Microsoft Office applications and social media
- Excellent organizational skills with a high level of accuracy
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build effective long-term relationships with both guests and employees
- Analytical & creative approach to problem solving
- Detail-oriented
