Job Summary
Facilitate well-being and recreational lifestyle enrichment as assigned in treatment plans or activity schedules. Plan, develop, organize, implement, and evaluate activity programs while overseeing residents to promote physical, social, vocational, emotional, and intellectual aspects. Provide ongoing group and self-directed enrichment using activity care plans as tools for daily engagement. Assist the Lifestyle Enrichment Coordinator with developing and executing activity calendars with flexible scheduling for coverage, including evening and weekend hours. This role operates part-time on Saturdays, Sundays, and weeknights (20 hours). Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalency
- Saturday and Sunday, weeknights (4 days a week-20 hours)
- $16.00/hour

Desired Qualifications
- Minimum one year of Activities
- Professional experience with geriatric residents in a Personal Care Home
- Background or experience as a musician, artist, or other creative professional
