Job Summary
Facilitate well-being and recreational lifestyle enrichment activities as assigned in treatment plans or activity schedules under the Well-Being Director. Plan, develop, organize, implement, and evaluate facility activity programs while overseeing residents engaged in scheduled enrichment to promote physical, social, vocational, emotional, and intellectual aspects. Ensure activity care plans are used as tools for daily lifestyle enrichment and provide ongoing group and self-directed enrichment. Assist the Lifestyle Enrichment Coordinator with developing and executing activity calendars with flexible scheduling for coverage, including evening and weekend hours. Complete a short 3-5 minute questionnaire via Arena after submitting your application. Schedule includes every other weekend from 9am-2pm or 10am-3pm at $15.50/hour.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalency
- Every other weekend

- Possess the ability to obtain and interpret information considering age specific needs of the resident
- Assists the Lifestyle Enrichment Coordinator with the development and execution of the activity calendars with flexible scheduling for coverage, to include evening and weekend hours as assigned
Desired Qualifications
- Minimum one year of Activities preferred
- Professional experience with geriatric residents in a Personal Care Home preferred
- Background or experience as a musician, artist, or other creative professional is a plus
