Job Summary
Plan, coordinate, and implement programs, classes, and special community-wide events that promote a healthy, active lifestyle. Develop and manage the Activities budget while acting as the primary point of contact for member social events, handling orders, marketing, invitations, and onsite representation. Host seminars on wellness, finance, and history; create and distribute newsletters and signage; and maintain the membership database. Coordinate volunteer programs by networking with local organizations and update website content to track member activity. Welcome new residents through orientation and assist the sales team with prospects. Work nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to work on nights, weekends, and holidays
- Regular and reliable attendance
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in coordinating and promoting recreational activities and programs, volunteer programs, and/or fund-raising events
Desired Qualifications
- A degree in recreation, hospitality, sales or communication field
- Practical experience in planning charitable events or company social calendars
- Prior experience with private club residential community
- Public Speaking skills
