Job Summary

Schedule and organize complex community activities, meetings, and special events while overseeing Front Desk, Concierge, and Gate House staff. Develop standard operating procedures, recruit and train Association Personal, and coordinate tours and room rentals in accordance with guidelines. Build resident involvement by soliciting activity desires, creating newsletters, and taking photographs for the website. Manage vendor contracts, supply ordering, and budget preparation for lifestyle programs. Act as a liaison with committees, board members, and outside agencies to ensure service excellence.

Required Qualifications

  • Prior experience in a related position
  • Minimum of 3-year experience
  • 1 year in a social or recreational program
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Working knowledge of computer and associated programs
  • MS Office Suite
  • Flexible work schedule to be able to supervise activities and special events according to their planned day and time
  • Ability to multi-task, set, and manage priorities
  • Must possess excellent written, verbal and non-verbal communication skills
  • Creative

  • Able to work under high-pressure situations
  • Must be able to plan, implement and evaluate an ongoing activity program
  • Must be able to order and maintain the supplies necessary to support the activity program
