Job Summary
Lead and design a person-centred Lifestyle program for residents in Bolton Clarke’s aged care homes, mentoring the Lifestyle team, coordinating activities across wellbeing domains, and ensuring accreditation compliance. The role involves building relationships with residents and families, developing meaningful individualised Lifestyle Plans, leading a multidisciplinary team, collaborating with clinical staff, managing the activities budget, recruiting and coordinating volunteers, and strengthening community links to enhance resident wellbeing.
Required Qualifications
- Cert IV in Leisure & Lifestyle, Diversional Therapy or equivalent (recognised by Bolton Clarke)
- Current First Aid Certificate
- Complete a National Police Check and/or a NDIS Workers Check (or willingness to obtain) prior to commencement
