Job Summary
Promote the retirement community through outreach, marketing, and event coordination to showcase it as a residence of choice. Conduct tours with prospects, families, and influencers to communicate features and advantages, while managing the lead base from qualification to closing. Work with the Executive Director and management team to coordinate compelling tours, maintain accurate CRM data, and develop the annual sales and marketing plan. Master the "Cogir Way to Sell" program, stay current on competitor data and market trends, and uphold organizational values regarding ethics and integrity. This part-time role requires three days per week from 9am to 5pm, with a wage of $25.00 to $27.00 hourly plus commissions. Candidates need at least two years of direct sales experience, reliable transportation, and the ability to travel within the local community.
Required Qualifications
- At least two (2) years of experience and proven success in direct sales
- Customer and relationship building focused sales experience
- Experience in the development and execution of strategic sales action plans
- Experience and ability in common business applications, including a CRM system
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must be able to travel within the local community
- Ability to work flexible hours (evenings and weekends as required)
Desired Qualifications
- Event management experience is an asset
- Experience with media management
