Provide concierge-level customer service across phone, email, and chat channels; research solutions, coordinate with partners, and use internal systems to fulfill client requests while maintaining professionalism; handle escalations and sensitive situations, manage expectations, and deliver services within contractual scope; build relationships by understanding customer preferences; initiate outbound calls as required; leverage resources to meet client requirements; attend training to stay aligned with client needs; work in a hybrid model from Gurugram, India, with a 24x7 rotational shift; required experience in luxury, travel/tourism, hospitality, airline, or hotel/guest services; strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
