Job Summary

Plan, promote, and execute a comprehensive community event and programming calendar while engaging in content creation for website, newsletters, and social media. Support the operations of the amenity center, welcome new residents, and manage club and group activities. Handle administrative duties including vendor management and payment processing. This role requires flexibility beyond standard business hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, with a full-time schedule. Candidates must possess a valid driver's license and meet physical mobility requirements. Join CCMC to foster resident partnerships and contribute to a resident-centric community vision.

Required Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of professional experience in event planning, recreation programming, public relations or other related experience
  • 2 years of professional experience with creating and managing communications
  • Bachelor's Degree or higher, preferably in recreation, communications, journalism or community development from an accredited college or university
  • Ability to work full-time hours that are flexible and will include some nights, weekends and holidays
  • Must be self-motivated and able to work effectively with a resident board and committee members, as well as volunteers
  • Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
  • Valid state driver's license for the class of vehicle you are driving
  • Clean motor vehicle report
  • Current automobile insurance at statutory limits
  • Ability to walk the grounds long distances in various weather conditions
  • Occasionally lifting and carrying supplies or equipment up to 25 pounds
  • Capability to sit or stand for extended periods during meetings or events
  • Skills in using technology, including computers and mobile devices
  • Ability to operate vehicle to perform certain job functions

Desired Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree or higher, preferably in recreation, communications, journalism or community development from an accredited college or university
