Job Summary
Provide compassionate lifestyle and leisure support to residents at St Vincent’s Care Services Carina, delivering engaging programs and activities, including dementia care, to enhance wellbeing. Must hold Certificate III or Diploma in Lifestyle and Leisure or diversional therapy, bring strong customer service and communication skills, and follow care plans within an aged care setting. Required Qualifications
- Certificate III or Diploma in Lifestyle and Leisure or diversional therapy is essential
- Experience in an aged care facility
- High level of customer service skills
- Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
- Ability to follow directives as per care plan
- Understanding of Aged Care and resident rights and responsibilities
- Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check (NCCHC) - if you already have and it is under 6 months old
- NDIS Worker Screening Check may be a requirement of this role
