Job Summary
Plan and execute daily activities and special events for Memory Support residents, including setup/tear-down, decorating for holidays/themes, and creating engaging programs. Survey residents to identify interests, encourage participation, and adapt activities to individual needs. Develop and manage the monthly calendar, assist with activating the monthly newsletter and social media posts, and support marketing events. Coordinate with volunteers (scheduling, training, and daily tasks) and help schedule transportation. Maintain regulatory compliance and uphold Clearwater Living standards, presenting a positive, professional image. Requires driving the community vehicle, Health and safety compliance, and exacting personal appearance as part of representing the community. Position is in Phoenix, AZ with in-person work schedule.
Required Qualifications
- Fingerprint Clearance Card required
- CPR/First Aid Certification required
- Food Handler's Card required
- High School Diploma or GED
- AA degree preferred or a minimum of two years of work experience in the industry
- Background and criminal record clearances as required by government regulations
- Must meet health requirements, including TB
- Ability, licensure and willingness to drive the community vehicle
