Lifestyle Assistant

Plan, lead, and motivate residents to participate in daily activities while maintaining accurate records of their interactions. Establish one-on-one relationships with residents and assist the director in coordinating programs for celebrations or specific topics. Organize group trips and outings, then create and maintain the Monthly Event Calendar. Communicate programming details through newsletters, in-house television, postings, and electronic messaging. This role requires a high school diploma, one year of experience preferred, and familiarity with recreational activities. Located in Newcastle, Wisconsin, the position offers a competitive hourly pay range of $15.26 to $21.00+.
