Job Summary
Lifestyle Assistant provides person-centred support to participants with disabilities, mental health challenges, and complex behaviours. You will help participants build skills, increase independence, and engage with their community through personal care and daily living support, community access, medication assistance, household tasks and meal preparation, and by promoting emotional wellbeing. The role involves documenting and reporting, assisting with life skills and routines, and offering empathetic support to foster inclusion and participation.
Required Qualifications
- Current First Aid & CPR
- Driver's Licence and reliable insured vehicle
- NDIS Worker Screening Clearance
- Blue Card
- National Criminal History Check
- Flexible availability, including weekends and sleepovers
- Unlimited working rights in Australia
