Job Summary
Provide person-centred support to participants with disabilities, mental health challenges, and complex behaviours by delivering personal care, daily living assistance, medication help, and household tasks including meal preparation. Facilitate community access and social participation while building life skills, establishing positive routines, and offering emotional support and wellbeing care. Manage documentation and reporting for all interactions. Requires current First Aid & CPR certification, a driver's licence with reliable insured vehicle, NDIS Worker Screening Clearance, Blue Card, and National Criminal History Check. Flexible availability including weekends and sleepovers is essential.
