Lifestyle Assistant (Disability Support Worker)

Provide tailored support to participants with disabilities, including those with complex behaviours and mental health challenges, by assisting with personal care, medication administration, household tasks, and meal preparation. Build positive routines and life skills while facilitating community access, social participation, and emotional support to promote independence. Collaborate with families and support teams to maintain accurate documentation and reporting. Recognise triggers, de-escalate situations, and maintain professional boundaries while helping participants achieve their personal goals. Requires current First Aid & CPR certification, valid driver's licence, NDIS Worker Screening Clearance, and Blue Card. Flexibility to work mornings, sleepovers, and weekends is essential.
