Lifestyle Assistant to provide person-centred disability and mental health support, including daily living assistance, community access, medication help, household tasks, life skills development, emotional support, wellbeing, and diligent documentation/reporting; requires first aid and CPR, valid driver’s licence with insured vehicle, NDIS Worker Screening Clearance, Blue Card, national criminal history check, flexible weekend/sleepover availability, and unlimited working rights in Australia; location in Waterford, Queensland (HYBRID work arrangement).
