Job Summary
Leisure and Lifestyle Assistant at Andrews House Aged Care Facility in Trafalgar, part-time role (up to 24 hours per fortnight). Responsibilities include providing support and entertainment to residents, working with a team, and maintaining confidentiality. Requires Certificate IV in Lifestyle or related Allied Health certificates, strong computer skills (Word/Excel), a driver’s license (willing to drive a 10-seater), and compliance with vaccination and screening requirements. Ability to work weekends and deliver high-quality service to residents is essential.
Required Qualifications
- Certificate IV in Lifestyle or Certificate III/IV in Allied Health Assistant
- Advanced computer skills in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
- Driver’s license
- Willing to drive a 10-seater vehicle
- Basic computer skills (including Microsoft applications and able to learn facilities recording system)
- Vaccination against Influenza (where applicable)
- NDIS Worker Screening Clearance
- Working with Children Check
- Current entitlement to work within Australia
