Job Summary
Assist Diversional Therapist or Residential Manager in implementing Leisure and Lifestyle Programs; tailor therapeutic activities to residents’ needs; evaluate individual plans and activities; collaborate with staff and volunteers; contribute to accreditation processes; ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations; support delivery of personalised care plans to enhance residents’ psychological, social, emotional, spiritual, cognitive and physical well-being.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma preferred; related discipline or commensurate work experience considered
- Certificate III in Leisure and Lifestyle, Diversional Therapy preferred
- Knowledge of Work Health and Safety (WHS) Practices
- Care Planning
- Person Centered Practice
- Customer Needs Assessment
- Program Management
- Excellent Communication and Customer Experience
- Planning and Prioritisation skills
