Job Summary
Lifespan Clinician provides clinical and case management services across the lifespan in an integrated health care setting offering primary care, behavioral health and dental services. Works within a multidisciplinary team to address behavioral health, medical treatment compliance, and coordinated referrals; conducts DSM-based screenings/evaluations, develops individualized treatment plans, and provides psychotherapies (individual, group, and family) while ensuring compliance with licensure, documentation, and program goals. Active collaboration with clients, families, and community providers; participates in supervision and supports licensure/credentialing processes. Eligible for NHSC loan repayment and a $10,000 sign-on bonus (half paid at start, half at 1 year).
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Social Work or related license eligible field or a doctoral degree in Psychology is required.
- Licensure required: LPCA, LMFTA, LPC, LMFT or Psychologist. If MSW, LMSW or LCSW to begin employment.
