Provide individualized hair services and treatments (cuts, perms, coloring, highlights, foiling) and educate clients on LifeSpa and Salon products; stay current with trends and techniques; promote products/services; maintain salon stations to standard; requires cosmetology license and 1–3 years of styling experience; compensation includes commissions (35–70%) with a guaranteed minimum wage hourly pay; Life Time benefits package and professional development opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Completed Cosmetology school
- Cosmetology license in state where work is performed
- 1 to 3 years of experience as a stylist
- Ability to perform various types of hair services and treatments
- Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest and commissions
- Ability to sit, stand, walk, reach, climb and lift up to 50 pounds
