Job Summary
Provide individualized hair services and treatments including haircuts, perms, coloring, highlighting, and foiling; educate clients on LifeSpa and Salon products, services, and treatments to help maintain their style; stay current on certifications and trends; promote LifeSpa and Salon products and services; maintain salon standards; required to have Cosmetology license and HS diploma/GED; 1–3 years of styling experience; ability to perform various hair services and calculate figures such as discounts and commissions; lifting up to 50 pounds. Pay is commission-based (35%–70%) with a weekly minimum wage aligned to applicable minimum wage; full benefits available for full-time team members.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Completed Cosmetology school
- Cosmetology license in state where work is performed
- 1 to 3 years of experience as a stylist
- Ability to perform various types of hair services and treatments
- Ability to sit, stand, walk, reach, climb and lift up to 50 pounds
