Job Summary
Provide individualized manicure, pedicure, and nail care services including natural treatments and paraffin applications while educating clients on LifeSpa products and discussing personalized options. Promote and sell services to encourage repeat business and maintain current certifications and industry trends. Work within the LifeSpa and Salon team to enhance the guest experience in a professional atmosphere. This commission-based role offers weekly minimum pay plus a 35% to 70% product commission, with full benefits including subsidized membership, 401(k) match, and comprehensive health coverage for full-time members.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- 2 years of nail technician experience
- Cosmetology license in state where work is performed
- Nail technician certification
