Job Summary
Greet and service members with individualized massage therapy treatments tailored to their specific needs and expectations. Design sessions around guest requirements, suggest recurring schedules, and maintain personalized relationships to encourage repeat business. Educate clients on LifeSpa and Salon products, services, and treatments while promoting additional offerings. Maintain the facility's appearance and cleanliness, and serve as an expert in muscle and body analysis and maintenance regimens. Remain current on industry certifications and new trends. This role supports the broader Life Time ecosystem, which encompasses over 160 athletic country clubs and offers comprehensive well-being experiences for all ages.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Massage Therapy License
- Ability to perform all types of massage therapy services and treatments
- Ability to calculate figures such as discounts, interest, commissions, and proportions
- Knowledge of basic PC operating
- Ability to stand, walk, reach and lift and move up to 50 pounds
Desired Qualifications
- 2 years of massage experience in a professional environment
- Knowledge of body treatments
- Experience with Salon Biz Pay
