Job Summary
Greet and service members with individualized massage therapy and treatments tailored to their specific needs. Design sessions around guest requirements, suggest recurring schedules, and educate clients on LifeSpa and Salon products, services, and benefits. Maintain the professional atmosphere by ensuring cleanliness, building relationships with other departments, and promoting repeat business. Remain current on industry certifications and trends while performing muscle and body analysis. High School Diploma or GED required; Massage Therapy License mandatory. Life Time operates over 160 athletic country clubs dedicated to holistic well-being for all ages.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Massage Therapy License
- Ability to perform all types of massage therapy services and treatments
- Ability to calculate figures such as discounts, interest, commissions, and proportions
- Knowledge of basic PC operating
- Ability to stand, walk, reach and lift and move up to 50 pounds
Desired Qualifications
- 2 years of massage experience in a professional environment
- Knowledge of body treatments
- Experience with Salon Biz
