Job Summary
Lead guests through a comprehensive LifeSpa experience by delivering uncompromising technical services and providing expert beauty analysis. Hire, coach, and staff the team while optimizing schedules and managing inventory, ordering, and payroll. Host monthly team meetings and conduct weekly one-on-ones to maintain a positive work environment. Drive service and retail education within the Life Time ecosystem. This role requires standing for prolonged periods, minor lifting, and five years of technical experience, with pay based on personal productivity and department incentives.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to stand for prolonged periods of time
- Ability to perform minor lifting
- High School graduate or equivalent
- 5 or more years of technical experience
- Appropriate State/County/City Licenses
