Job Summary
Greet guests and ensure they remain comfortable throughout their LifeSpa experience while delivering uncompromising technical services. Lead the team by hiring, coaching, and recruiting talent to optimize schedules and manage operational duties including inventory, ordering, and labor management. Serve as an expert in beauty analysis and maintenance regimens, driving service and retail education within the Life Time ecosystem. Host monthly team meetings and conduct weekly one-on-ones to foster a positive work environment. Requires 5+ years of technical experience and appropriate state licenses.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to stand for prolonged periods of time
- Ability to perform minor lifting
- High School graduate or equivalent
- 5 or more years of technical experience
- Appropriate State/County/City Licenses
Desired Qualifications
- 1 to 2 years of Salon/Spa Leadership experience
- Hair technician
