Job Summary
Provide individualized hair services including haircuts, perms, coloring, highlighting, and foiling to meet clients' needs and expectations. Educate guests on LifeSpa and Salon products and treatments to assist them in maintaining their style while promoting all available services. Serve as an expert in hair analysis and maintenance regimens, staying current on industry trends and certifications. Maintain work stations to salon standards and calculate figures for discounts, interest, and commissions. This role offers a weekly minimum wage plus commissions between 35% and 70% based on productivity. Full-time members receive medical, dental, and vision coverage alongside paid time off. Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Completed Cosmetology school
- 1 to 3 years of experience as a stylist
- Cosmetology license in state where work is performed
- Ability to perform various types of hair services and treatments
- Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest and commissions
- Ability to sit, stand, walk, reach, climb and lift up to 50 pounds

- Experience as a stylist in a professional setting
- Knowledge in Salon Biz software
