Job Summary
LifeSpa Coordinator operates the telephone system to answer incoming calls, greet callers, schedule appointments, and service members in a friendly and professional manner. They assist the Department Head with filing and office duties, explain Life Spa products and treatments to guests, determine individual needs, suggest upgrades or add-ons, and complete outgoing confirmation calls. Requires High School Diploma or GED, 1 year of customer service, CPR/AED within 30 days, and proficiency with Microsoft Office; ability to handle standard office tasks and physical activities up to 50 pounds. Based at Cinco Ranch Life Time location; part-time role focusing on courteous client interactions, appointment scheduling, product/service explanation, and adherence to safety procedures.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1 year of customer service experience
- CPR and AED certified within 30 days of hire
- Knowledge of computer software such as Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest and commissions
- Ability to stand, sit, walk, reach, climb and lift up to 50 pounds
