Job Summary
Lead Product Manager for LifeLock Mobile & AI Assistant to own the mobile platform (iOS/Android) and drive the build-out of an AI assistant capability. Own roadmap, prioritize features vs. tech debt, manage App Store/Play Store submissions, monetize via IAP, and drive mobile growth. Define the vision and evaluation framework for an agentic AI assistant, establish quality metrics, and collaborate with ML/AI engineering to set model behavior standards. Represent LifeLock mobile in Gen Digital platform initiatives, coordinate with legal/compliance/finance/marketing, and build business cases with finance for major investments. Requires 10+ years in product management, 4+ years leading mobile products at scale, and experience shipping AI/LLM-powered consumer features. Location: Mountain View, CA (Hybrid). Required Qualifications
- 10+ years in product management
- 4+ years owning a mobile product at scale (iOS + Android)
- Proven track record shipping consumer mobile features end-to-end
- Direct experience building or scaling an AI/LLM-powered product including defining eval frameworks, quality metrics, and human feedback pipelines
- Comfort working in a complex, regulated environment (fintech, identity, or security a plus)
- Experience with IAP, App Store management, and mobile growth mechanics (ATT, web-to-app, deep linking)
- Able to operate at multiple altitudes: strategy and roadmap one day, grooming tickets and reviewing acceptance criteria the next
- Experience with A/B testing and conversion optimization on mobile purchase flows
