Job Summary
Care for, transport, and treat ill or injured patients in emergency and non-emergency situations while relaying patient condition information. Comply with regulatory requirements, departmental policies, and state-defined paramedic scope of practice for neonatal, pediatric, adult, and elderly patients. Drive ambulance to referral hospitals, transport patients, obtain consents, record run times, and process billing and daily reports. Maintain a valid driver's license and Motor Vehicle Record report, which may be required for employment. Requires Indiana Paramedic license, ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications; EVOC, NIMS, and ALS experience preferred. Full-time 3-12 hour shifts in Indianapolis.

- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS)
- Emergency Vehicle Operator Course (EVOC)
- NIMS 100
- NIMS 200
- NIMS 700
- NIMS 800
- Valid driver's license
- Motor Vehicle Record report
