Job Summary
Lifeline Fulfillment Specialist responsible for assembly-type functions using hand/power tools, preparing units for shipment, labeling and refurbishing cellular equipment, managing order queues for express vs ground shipments, and performing quality checks in a warehouse environment. Duties include using web-based portals to program units with customer information, verifying shipments, assisting with weekly/monthly inventory counts, recording damaged items, maintaining accurate records of returned devices, and supporting safe, efficient warehouse operations. Requires High School Diploma or GED, computer and Excel skills, ability to stand 8 hours, lift up to 50 pounds, and strong time-management and communication abilities.
