Job Summary
Enroll eligible customers for Lifeline SIM service using their existing phone and a free SIM card or device upgrade. Conduct outreach in high-traffic community areas and organized events to explain program benefits and maintain accurate daily records. Verify documents and eligibility through secure, compliant systems while assisting customers with SIM activation, device setup, and troubleshooting. Promote optional device upgrades and premium phone offers to meet or exceed daily and weekly enrollment goals. This independent contractor role offers flexible hours, bi-weekly pay, and performance-based bonuses for those with strong local community connections and communication skills.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED
- Eligible to work as a 1099 independent contractor
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to work locally
- Knowledgeable about the Lifeline and the eligibility criteria
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills

- Comfortable with digital enrollment tools
