Job Summary
Enroll eligible customers for Lifeline SIM service using their existing phone and a free SIM card or device upgrades. Conduct outreach in high-traffic community areas and organized events to promote optional device upgrades and premium phone offers. Verify documents and eligibility through secure, compliant systems while explaining program benefits and maintaining accurate daily records. Assist customers with SIM activation, device setup, and troubleshooting to meet or exceed daily and weekly enrollment goals. This independent contractor role offers flexible hours, bi-weekly pay, and performance-based bonuses for those committed to ethical practices and local community engagement.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED
- Eligible to work as a 1099 independent contractor
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to work locally
- Knowledgeable about the Lifeline and the eligibility criteria
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Detail-oriented
- Comfortable with digital enrollment tools
