LifeLine Emergency Vehicle Operator

Drives and operates ATS wheelchair-van units to support non-emergency and interfacility patient transports. Responsible for safe operations including vehicle operation, vehicle lift operation, patient/device security, and patient movement; provides loading, moving, and transporting of patients and equipment while the vehicle is stationary. Prioritizes patient safety during transfer, loading, securing, transport, unloading, and handoff to the destination. Requires a High School Diploma or GED, an Indiana Operator's license with a good driving history, and Basic Life Support certification (or obtained on hire). Preferred: prior driving/training experience and First Responder certification.
