Job Summary
As a Lifeguard, you will monitor swimming pools and surrounding areas to ensure guest safety, respond to emergencies with effective first aid or CPR, enforce safety rules, perform routine inspections and maintenance of pool facilities, and collaborate with hotel staff to maintain a welcoming environment.
Required Qualifications
- Valid lifeguard certification including CPR and first aid training
- Experience as a lifeguard, preferably within the hospitality industry
- Strong observational skills and the ability to respond quickly to emergencies
- Good interpersonal and communication skills to interact with diverse guests
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Basic proficiency in English
