Job Summary
Ensure the safety of members and guests in and around the pool by maintaining constant surveillance and enforcing pool rules professionally. Respond quickly and effectively to emergencies while assisting with opening, closing, and maintaining a clean pool environment. Provide outstanding customer service to our members and guests throughout the season. Seasonal employment through September 30 with flexible scheduling, competitive pay, and complimentary employee meals. Requires current Lifeguard, CPR/AED, and First Aid certifications.
Required Qualifications
- Current Lifeguard Certification
- CPR/AED and First Aid Certification
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Reliable, responsible, and safety-focused
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holiday shifts as needed
