Conduct appropriate swim programs and waterfront activities for Camp Wind in the Pines under the direction of the Waterfront Director. Maintain proper equipment, ensure a safe swimming environment, and report any safety concerns immediately. Respond to emergencies using established procedures and enforce camp policies while managing site cleanliness. Set out and clear lane lines as needed, establish baseline water abilities for campers, and measure progress throughout the session. Notify the supervisor in advance of absences and arrange for qualified substitutes when requested. Maintain all required water safety certifications and assist in implementing Department of Early Education and Care, QRIS, and DPH requirements.
